I was merchant marine radio telegraph operator (2nd Class Radio Telegraph - GMDSS), between 1978-1999.

Rig Icom 756 Pro 100Watts, Icom M710  150 Watts with 30 meter long wire antenna with Icom AT-130 tuner on roof at 55 meter height from ground.

Positioned north to south laying on roof at about 335 degree.

Antenna height from sea level aprroximately 220 meters.

Although I am in a crowded city a lot of buildings around, but my position is very lucky for clear and non blocking anything to

my longwire.
