Recently attended to an CW course for about 31 hours it was lecture by CT1JZJ Sr. Teixeira Gomes and CT1VS Sr. Hélder Costa.
I sent my QSL card directly or via bureau. I will not send my QSL card to anyone who requires a postage (only @ special occasions).
